Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nordic Art by Sóley online store at www.nordicart.dk and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About Us Nordic Art by Sóley is operated by Soley Seyer, registered in Denmark with VAT number 42765511, based in 8700 Horsens, Denmark. You can reach us at nordicartdk@gmail.com.

Products All products sold through Nordic Art by Sóley are fine art prints. Prints are produced to order by our print partner and are not held in stock. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen settings and the nature of fine art printing.

Intellectual Property All artwork displayed and sold on this website is the original work of Sóley Seyer and is protected by copyright. Purchasing a print grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display the artwork in your home or office. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Orders & Pricing All prices are displayed in Danish Krone (DKK) and include Danish VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error or if a product becomes unavailable. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

Returns & Refunds As all prints are made to order, they are considered personalised goods under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and are therefore exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please refer to our Refund  & Return Policy page for full details on how to report an issue.

Limitation of Liability Nordic Art by Sóley is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing Law These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. As a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
