RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Nordic Art by Sóley, we take great care to ensure every print meets a high standard of quality. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Prints All prints sold through Nordic Art by Sóley are produced to order by our print partner. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), made-to-order and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. This means we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown on our website, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at nordicartdk@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong print, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item as quickly as possible.
Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at nordicartdk@gmail.com and we will investigate with our print partner. If the order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
