SHIPPING POLICY

At Nordic Art by Sóley, all prints are produced and shipped by our trusted print partner. Please read the following carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order.

Production Time All prints are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Delivery Times Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Denmark: 3–5 business days
  • EU (Zone 1 — BE, DE, FI, FR, LU, NL, PL, SE): 3–7 business days
  • EU (Zone 2 — AT, CZ, EE, GR, HU, IE, IT, LV, LT, SK, ES and others): 5–10 business days
  • EU (Zone 3 — BG, HR, NO, PT, RO, SI, CH, GB): 7–12 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days
  • Australia: 7–14 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your print. You will see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at nordicartdk@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our print partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
